Press Pass

We welcome press attendance and participation at ICCF-18. There have been great scientific and commercialization advances in this discipline over the last five years.

If you are a member of the press and would like to attend the conference as PRESS, please send an email to that includes your name, title and credentials. Conference registration will be complimentary for members of the Press. Social events, lunch time meals, and the Post Conference Workshop are not included in press registration. However, you may register for these events by paying a fee. All lodging, meals, parking, and transportation, and arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee.


On - Campus Lodging Fees

Participants who wish to stay in a hotel are responsible for making their own lodging reservations directly with the hotels. Please refer to the accommodation page for further instruction.

Discovery Hall is available for lodging for participants for the nights of July 20-26. The hall has suite style rooms that share a bathroom with three other people rooming in the suite.

  • $28.75/night/person for a double room (must name a roommate)
  • $51.50/night for a single room

Includes one set of light bed linens/towels for week but no further amenities or breakfast.

Deadline for Registration for on-campus lodging is July 2.

    Please contact Emily Mangano to arrange a wire transfer. A $25 fee will be applied to all wire transfers. Registration is not official until transfer of funds is complete.

Cancellation Policy

Request for refunds due to cancellation must be received in writing by June 17, 2013. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date and no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Wire transfer fees will not be refunded.

  • Cancellation by May 1, 2013 - full refund minus a $50 processing fee
  • Cancellations between May 2 and June 17 - one half of refund of registration fees
  • After June 17 – no refunds, but substitutions welcome
