"Enabling Innovation and Scientific Discovery Through Graphical System Design"

Scientists and engineers need to know the basics of data acquisition, interfacing with sensors and transducers, signal processing and high performance computing to develop their scientific applications for their theoretical and experimental research. Attend the following the sessions to learn about heterogeneous computing including multi-core processors, FPGa and GPUs and how NI LabVIEW and hardware platforms to enable innovation and scientific discovery.

Graphical System Design for Control, Measurement and Diagnostics (3 Days)

Attend the three-day training session and hands-on programming to explore the LabVIEW environment, dataflow programming, and common LabVIEW architectures in a hands-on format. Learn to develop data acquisition, instrument control, data logging, and measurement analysis applications. At the end of the course, you will be able to create applications using basic design templates and architectures to acquire, process, display, and store real-world data.

Data Acquisition and Signal Conditioning (2 Days)

Using NI LabVIEW software, plug-in data acquisition devices, and NI CompactDAQ hardware, explore the fundamentals of PC-based data acquisition and signal conditioning. During this course, you gain hands-on experience installing and configuring data acquisition hardware and learn to use data acquisition software functions to build your application. Also learn about analog input, analog triggering, signal conditioning, signal processing, analog output, digital I/O, and counters.
