Discovery HallDiscovery Hall has suite style rooms. All rooms will share a bathroom with three other people rooming in the suite. The cost is $28.75/night/person for a double room or $51.50/night for a single room and includes one set of light bed linens and towels for the week but no further amenities or breakfast. Residents can pay $6.50 at the door for an all-you-can-eat breakfast at the nearest residence hall dining facility.

Registration for the residence halls can be completed with registration for the conference. If you have someone to share with, please list the name of your requested roommate at the time of registration. If a roommate is not listed, you will pay the single room rate. Deadline to register for on-campus housing is July 2 on a space available basis. Residence hall rooms must be prepaid. On-campus housing is available only for the nights of July 20-July 26 with departure on the morning of July 27. There is no possibility of extending those dates.

The residence hall desk is not open for check-in round the clock. Specific check in times will be sent to registrants at a later date. If you plan to arrive late at night or early in the morning, please make alternative plans for lodging on that night.

If you are in need of parking, a parking permit can be purchased at the residence hall for $12.00 for use in Virginia Avenue Parking Structure.

Hotel Accommodations

Participants who wish to stay in a hotel are responsible for making their own lodging reservations directly with the hotels. Room rates will be held until the room block cut-off date of June 20, 2013 or the room block is full. We strongly advise you to book as soon as possible as there are other large events going on in Columbia and rooms will be difficult to come by after June 20. Parking at hotels is free.

Please ask for the group rate for ICCF 2013 to receive the conference rate at all of the hotels.

The Hampton Inn & Suites, 1225 Fellows Place, Columbia, Missouri 65201, is adjacent to the University of Missouri and a 10-15 minute walk to the conference location at Bond Life Sciences Center. Rooms are available for $105/night + tax (includes breakfast). Reservations can be made by calling 573.214.2222 or 800.445.8667 or at this special online site for the conference.

The Hampton is the only hotel where the block is extended for the following week for those staying through the weekend and/or during the NI/MU post conference workshop.

Courtyard by Marriott, 3301 Lemone Industrial Blvd Columbia, Missouri 65201, has rooms for $94.00/night + taxes (add breakfast for $6.95). You can book by calling 573.443.8000 or toll free at 888.236 2427. Overseas visitors can find a toll free number for reservations at the Marriott website.

Complimentary airport shuttle service to the Courtyard is offered from Columbia Regional Airport with a prior reservation request. The hotel will also offer a shuttle at the beginning and end of the day to and from the Bond Life Sciences Center. It will be offered on a first-come, first served basis.

Holiday Inn Columbia East, 915 Port Way is six miles from the University of Missouri and offers a room block for $74.00/night + taxes (breakfast available for purchase in on-site restaurant). Book by calling 573.474.4444. The hotel is also adding a shuttle service to and from the Holiday Inn to campus at the beginning and end of the day.
